At Luxe Braid Bar, we prepare every appointment in advance to ensure you receive the best possible experience while respecting the time of every guest and stylist.

Style Confirmation

Before your appointment, you'll confirm your selected style, hair color, and install. Our stylists prepare the required hair and products specifically for your appointment.

If you make a significant change to your requested style after preparation has already been completed, a $50 Pivot Fee will be added to your final balance.

Appointment Time

Some style changes or additional requests may significantly extend the scheduled appointment time.

If these changes delay your stylist or affect other scheduled appointments, a $100 Pivot Fee may be added to your final balance.
